Selah is a contemporary Australian restaurant situated in the heart of Sydney's Circular Quay, a short walk from iconic landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House and the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Opening in May 2003, Sam Pask set up Selah, to present easygoing, tasty cuisine to the local area - think friendly neighbourhood dining in a city locale. Today, Selah is a showcase of some of Australia and New Zealand's finest produce combined with global flavours, artfully created by head chef Gavin Foster. The friendly and motivated floor team are led by restaurant manager Mary-Anne Edmonds.
