Gavin Foster’s life as a chef has taken him around Australia, working and training in Perth with Chris Taylor at Fraser’s, before moving to The Bather’s Pavilion with Serge Dansereau, and many places in between. Named as one of Sydney’s food pioneers by Scoop Traveller Magazine in July 2007, he is passionate about sustainable, ethical, local and seasonal produce. Gavin’s cooking philosophy encapsulates simple, bold flavours that are always a joy to experience.
